He earned his Dr. jur. degree in 2005, supplemented by an internationally recognized Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the renowned Bond University in Australia. Prior to that, he had already been awarded a degree as a Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH).

After initial professional positions in public law and criminal law, he shifted his practice focus early on to civil and commercial law. He has many years of experience in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, and comprehensive legal support for businesses—including at the intersections with public law.

Dr. Landskron places a special emphasis on real estate and estate law, particularly in the structuring and management of complex real estate-related estate successions. Working closely with tax advisors, he develops customized and tax-optimized solutions for business owners and private individuals.

At Dubai Business Consulting, Dr. Landskron serves as the lead contact for the financing advisory practice. There, he works closely with the tax and legal advisory teams to develop integrated and interdisciplinary strategies for complex corporate and asset structures. His in-depth knowledge of banking and capital markets law is specifically applied to international financing models—such as capital raising, investor solutions, corporate succession, or restructuring.
