Under her leadership, the firm has become an established name in international commercial law – particularly in complex, cross-border corporate restructurings such as carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions. She attaches particular importance to personal contact between clients and the lawyers advising them. \n\nWith a clear focus on quality and client proximity, it has systematically built up legal talent from both the region and Germany over the years. Today, Meyer-Reumann & Partners advises on more than twelve areas of law, including corporate law, company formations, real estate law, inheritance law, family law, private international law and intellectual property law. \n\nElena Schildgen has been working closely with the law firm Dr. Lang & Kollegen for over 15 years. This established cooperation also forms the basis for her involvement within Dubai Business Consulting, where she is responsible for the legal and service department. Her particular strength lies in her deep regional roots – she has lived in Dubai for many years and is married there.
